Advanced MEMS Technology
The LKF-XDA205 is a high-precision, compact capacitive MEMS accelerometer designed for inertial applications. The device integrates a MEMS sensing element and an ASIC chip, where the sensing element's capacitance varies with external acceleration, and the ASIC converts this into digital output signals. This product features independent design with fully localized manufacturing processes including packaging and testing.
