To ease employees’ work pressure, enrich corporate culture and strengthen teamwork spirit, LiCOF organized a summer camping team building event. All staff gathered at Qietao Camping Base to unwind amid natural scenery and build stronger bonds through group activities.

Employees arrived at the venue on the scheduled day. Everyone set aside work stress and interacted freely in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. Numerous heartwarming moments took place throughout the event. Colleagues helped and cared for one another, fully demonstrating the team’s fine ethics and collaborative spirit.

The event focused on leisure and entertainment with flexible arrangements. Staff enjoyed various recreational facilities and took photos together, making the most of the outdoor time. The self-service barbecue was hugely popular, creating a pleasant atmosphere for casual talks and closer connections. Live music performances and interactive karaoke livened up the night and brought great fun to everyone.
Forge Ahead Together for a Brighter Future
During the bonfire party, all team members sat around the fire, sharing stories and talking about future plans. The activity greatly enhanced everyone’s sense of belonging and team cohesion. Before the end of the event, group photos were taken to record the wonderful moments. All participants also voluntarily cleaned up the campsite, practicing the concept of eco-friendly outdoor activities.
